Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms apply to your use of veyara.co, the Veyara workspace and the Veyara browser extension (together, “Veyara”). By creating an account or using Veyara, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Veyara for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
1. Plans, billing and cancellation
Veyara has a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business), described with their prices on our pricing page. Veyara is in early access, so features may change, be added or be removed.
- Subscriptions: paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, per workspace, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Taxes are added where they apply.
- Payment: payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal. If a payment fails, we may move your workspace to the Free plan until it's paid.
- Cancellation: you can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you keep the paid plan until then, and then move to Free. Your data stays.
- Refunds: covered by our Refunds and cancellation policy, including a full refund of your first payment for a plan if you ask within 14 days.
- Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your plan, and you can cancel before then.
- Plan limits: features and allowances (such as written recaps on Free and the daily AI allowance) are listed on the pricing page.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give a valid email address you control.
- You're responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in codes are sent there.
- Tell us promptly at info@veyara.co if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Your content
You own the content you and your guests put into Veyara. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide Veyara to you and to keep it secure. You're responsible for having the right to use the content you add, including text you bring in with the browser extension, and for what you choose to share with guests.
4. Approvals and Veyara's suggestions
Veyara prepares drafts, summaries, captions, translations, recaps, tasks and suggestions, which may be incomplete or wrong, especially where speech recognition or machine translation makes mistakes. Review them before relying on them. Actions that leave your workspace wait for your approval, and you're responsible for what you approve.
5. Guests, recording and email
You can invite guests with a meeting link. You're responsible for who you invite and what you share with them. Guests must also follow these terms while using Veyara.
Veyara shows everyone in a meeting when it's being recorded, but you're responsible for getting any consent the law requires before you record or transcribe a conversation. Some places require consent from everyone taking part.
Emails you approve are sent on your behalf. You're responsible for their content and recipients, and for following anti-spam and marketing laws. Don't use Veyara to send bulk or unsolicited email.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Veyara to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or record or share information without the consent the law requires;
- send spam, harass people, or share harmful or deceptive content;
- access other people's accounts or data, or get around security checks, rate limits or access controls;
- scrape, overload or disrupt Veyara, or use unidentified automated traffic against it;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer Veyara, except where the law allows it.
7. Third-party services
Veyara relies on services such as your web browser (including its speech recognition and video calling), our hosting, email and AI providers, and the networks between meeting participants. Their terms may also apply, and we're not responsible for services we don't control.
8. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using Veyara at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@veyara.co. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Veyara or others at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first.
9. Disclaimer
Veyara is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise Veyara will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost, so keep your own copies of anything important.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Veyara won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Veyara is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Veyara after that, the new terms apply.
