What is Veyara?

Veyara is a voice-first workspace, currently in early access, for running meetings: video calls in the browser, live captions and translation, and a recap with decisions and tasks afterwards. You talk to it (or type) to get things done. It drafts and prepares, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

How do I create an account?

Go to Sign in, enter your email and type in the 6-digit code we send you. The first time, you'll add your name and company. That's it: no password and no card. The Free plan stays free.

How much does Veyara cost?

Veyara has a Free plan, Pro at $15 a month and Business at $29 a month, per workspace. Pro adds translated captions, document translation and a written recap after every meeting. See Pricing.

How do I upgrade or cancel?

Go to Settings → Billing. Upgrading opens Stripe's secure checkout. To cancel, change plans, update your card or download invoices, choose Manage billing. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for. See Refunds and cancellation.

Why is there no password?

Each sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so there's no password to forget, reuse or leak. Codes expire after 10 minutes. You stay signed in on a browser for 30 days unless you sign out.

I didn't get my code. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email address is spelled correctly. You can request a new code from the sign-in page; for security, only a few codes can be sent to one address per hour.

Does my account start with anyone else's data?

No. A new account starts empty and private to you: no sample company, contacts or messages. Everything you see is something you or your guests created.

Do my guests need an account?

No. Copy the guest link from Meetings and send it to them. Guests join in their browser without signing up or installing anything, and they only see what you choose to share in that meeting.

Which browsers work?

Video meetings work in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. Voice commands and live captions need Chrome, Edge or Safari. Your browser asks for camera and microphone permission the first time.

How does voice work?

Hold Space (or the microphone button) and speak, or turn on “Hey Veyara” to start with your voice. Speech is turned into text by your browser's built-in speech recognition, which may use your browser maker's service (for example, Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari).

Does Veyara send emails or share files on its own?

No. Emails like the meeting recap are drafted in the Action Center and only go out after you approve them. Files are only shown to guests when you choose Show file, and each guest decides whether to open them. Every action is logged.

How are emails sent?

If you connect Outlook (Microsoft 365), emails you approve are sent from your own mailbox. Otherwise Veyara sends them for you, one message per recipient, with replies going straight to your own inbox. That's how it works for Gmail users.

Can I connect my calendar and files?

Yes. In Settings → Connections, choose Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail, Outlook calendar, OneDrive) or Google (Google Calendar, Google Drive), tick what you want, and sign in on Microsoft's or Google's page. Veyara never sees your password, and you can disconnect any time.

Does Veyara do video calls?

Yes. Start a meeting and share your guest link: video, audio and screen sharing run directly between the browsers in the meeting, which works best for small meetings of up to about four people. A few strict office networks block direct connections; if someone can't connect, they can try another network.

What does Record do?

Record keeps a written transcript of the meeting and shows live captions. It doesn't save audio or video. Everyone in the meeting sees that it's being recorded. When the meeting ends, Veyara writes a recap from the transcript. Some places require everyone's consent to record, so let people know before you turn it on.

What languages does Veyara support?

Live captions work in English and Spanish, and on Pro and Business each person can read them translated into the language they chose when joining. Veyara's voice commands understand English today. Machine translation can make mistakes, so check anything important.

Is my data secure?

Your workspace is private to your account and protected by your sign-in. Every request to Veyara is checked first: people and verified agents get access, and unknown automated traffic is blocked. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email info@veyara.co from the address you sign in with and we'll delete your account and workspace. You can also clear your workspace at any time with Reset workspace in the sidebar.

How do I get help?

Ask Veyara “what can you do?”, read How it works, or email info@veyara.co.
